Return and Exchange Policy

At Attire by Sohaira, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free.

  1. Returns:
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  2. Exchanges:
    We understand that sometimes items may not fit as expected or may not be the right style for you. Therefore, we offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange. Like returns, the item(s) must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at attirebysohaira@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable. Please securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip or order confirmation email with your return.
  4. Refunds:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
  5. Exceptions:
    Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including sale items, intimate apparel, and personalized/customized items. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item(s) at no additional cost to you.
